Welcome to Easy Go Shuttle

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Easy Go Shuttle website (https://www.easygoshuttle.com) and transportation services. By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our services.

1. Service Description

Easy Go Shuttle provides private transportation services in Paris and surrounding areas, including airport transfers, transportation to tourist attractions, and customized journeys. Our services include:

• Private transfers between Paris and its suburbs and airports (Charles de Gaulle, Orly, and Beauvais-Tillé)
• Private transfers to and from train stations in Paris
• Private transfers to tourist destinations including Disneyland Paris, Versailles, Loire Valley, Normandy, Champagne, and other locations

All our services are provided on a private basis, meaning you will not share your vehicle with other unrelated passengers.

2. Booking and Reservation

2.1 Booking Process

You can make a reservation through our website, by email, or by phone. To complete a booking, you must provide accurate personal and travel information, including your name, contact details, pickup/dropoff locations, date, time, and number of passengers.

2.2 Booking Confirmation

Upon successful booking, you will receive a confirmation by email immediately or within a few minutes. This confirmation will include all details regarding your private transfer and our contact information. Your booking is not considered confirmed until you receive this confirmation email.

2.3 Advance Bookings

We recommend making bookings at least 24 hours in advance to ensure availability and allow us to prepare for your service. While we will attempt to accommodate last-minute requests, these are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.

3. Pricing and Payment

3.1 Pricing

All prices are fixed before departure and include all applicable taxes, luggage handling, and other standard services. There are no hidden charges or waiting charges. The price you see is the price you pay at the end of your trip.

3.2 Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

• Cash payment directly to the driver
• Credit card payment to the driver via a secure card terminal

We do not require advance payments or credit cards for online bookings.

3.3 Additional Services

Child car seats for infants below 3 years of age are provided at no extra cost when requested at the time of booking.

3.4 Luggage

There are no additional charges for luggage. Your private transfer price is all-inclusive.

4. Cancellation and Modification Policy

4.1 Cancellations

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled pickup time to avoid cancellation charges. For cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service, charges may apply.

4.2 Modifications

Changes to your reservation must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled pickup time. Later modifications are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

4.3 No-Shows

Failure to show up for your scheduled service without prior notice may result in charges.

5. Pickup and Transportation Services

5.1 Airport Pickups

For airport pickups, our driver will be waiting for you with a name board after you clear customs. If you cannot locate your driver, please contact us immediately at +33 (0)6 59 19 82 87.

5.2 Flight Delays

If your flight is delayed, please contact our office as soon as you land at +33 (0)6 59 19 82 87. We will make arrangements to accommodate your new arrival time. No additional charges will be applied for flight delays.

5.3 Pickup Time for Airport Departures

For departing flights, we recommend scheduling your pickup at least three hours before your flight's departure time to account for check-in procedures and potential traffic delays in Paris. While we can reschedule your pickup time closer to your flight departure at your request, this will be at your own risk, and Easy Go Shuttle will not be responsible for any resulting issues or missed flights.

5.4 Travel Time

Estimated travel times are as follows:

• Paris to/from Charles de Gaulle or Orly Airport: 45-60 minutes
• Paris to/from Beauvais Airport: approximately 90 minutes

These times are estimates only and depend on traffic conditions, unforeseen events, and the specific location of your accommodation.

6. Vehicle and Service Standards

6.1 Vehicle Specifications

All our shuttles are new, air-conditioned, and non-smoking. They can comfortably seat eight adults with luggage.

6.2 Drivers

Our drivers are professional, bilingual (English and French), and knowledgeable about Paris and surrounding areas.

6.3 Safety

We comply with all public transport safety regulations. Child safety seats are available upon request for children under 3 years at no extra cost.

6.4 Gratuities

Tipping the driver is entirely at your discretion and is not required.

7. Multiple Pickup/Dropoff Points

We can accommodate pickups from different airport terminals or dropoffs to different locations within Paris and its suburbs for parties traveling together. Please make a single reservation and provide all necessary details for the multiple pickups or dropoffs when booking.

8. Limitations of Liability

8.1 Force Majeure

Easy Go Shuttle is not liable for any failure to perform due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, weather, riots, war, fire, strikes, or interruption of service by third-party transportation providers.

8.2 Personal Belongings

While we take all reasonable precautions to ensure the safety of your belongings, we cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to luggage or personal items during transport. Passengers are responsible for their personal belongings at all times.

8.3 Travel Insurance

We recommend that all passengers obtain appropriate travel insurance to cover any potential losses or travel disruptions.

9. Code of Conduct

Passengers must conduct themselves in a reasonable manner and comply with all instructions from the driver concerning safety and conduct. Easy Go Shuttle reserves the right to refuse service to passengers who are intoxicated, abusive, or whose behavior poses a risk to the safety of the driver or other passengers.

10. Privacy

Our collection and use of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of information as outlined in that policy.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris, France.

12. Amendments to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of such changes.

14. Severability

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Easy Go Shuttle regarding the use of our services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
